This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how purchases, delivery, product access, and refund requests are handled on the Ochokochi Agency website.

All products sold through Ochokochi Agency are delivered digitally only. No physical items are shipped. Because digital materials can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all purchases are subject to the terms set out in this policy.
Digital Product Delivery

Final Sale Rule

Refunds will not be provided because a customer assumed compatibility or suitability that was not expressly stated by Ochokochi Agency.

For that reason, Ochokochi Agency does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, campaign result, revenue increase, performance improvement, lead volume, conversion rate, or business success from the use of its products.
Customers remain fully responsible for how they apply the strategies, systems, templates, and planning tools they purchase.
License and Intellectual Property
All digital products available through Ochokochi Agency are protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal use or internal business use only, unless a different license is clearly stated on the product page. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or any related intellectual property rights.
Without prior written permission from Ochokochi Agency, customers may not:

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
